Riko will provide Ukrainian Turboatom with a sandblasting machine VK 4500 x 3500 MS. The contract
of purchase was signed by Janez Škrabec, Director of the company Riko
d.o.o., and Viktor Georgevič Subotin, General manager of the company
Turboatom, at the headquarters of the company in Kharkiv. The honorary
consul of Slovenia in Kharkiv, Mr. Anatolij Mihajlovič Bondarenko, was
also present at the signing and he is known for encouraging business
cooperation between Slovenia and Ukraine.
The Ukrainian company Turboatom, who is one of the leading manufacturers
of turbines in the world, lodged an international tender for the
purchase, installation and launch of a sandblasting machine for
sandblasting of molds of prescribed dimensions: a diameter of 4500 mm
and height of 3500 mm, and thanks to our high-quality equipment and a
competitive price selected Riko as the best bidder. Riko will provide
the sandblasting machine at the beginning of 2012. This will be Riko’s
second contract with Turboatom; the first one was concluded two months
ago for the modernization and purchase of equipment for a nitriding
furnace.
