On the occasion of Mr Alain Richard's state visit to Slovenia Riko
signed a cooperation agreement with the French company OTV, which falls under
the auspices of the French multinational firm Veolia.
The OTV is a
global company specialised in designing and construction of devices for
preparing drinking water and construction of wastewater, industrial water and
sludge treatment plants. Riko d.o.o. and the French OTV have been working on
mutual environmental projects in Slovenia and Kosovo for many years now. The
signing of this agreement will additionally strengthen the cooperation and
bonds between Riko d.o.o. and OTV Veolia Water Technologies. Joint synergy and
strategic alliances included in the signed agreement will help expand the Riko
– OTV alliance to the markets of Western Balkans and the former Soviet Union.
The
agreement between Riko's director Janez Škrabec and OTV's general director
Laurent Nugier was signed in Slovenia in the presence of His Excellency Mr Pierre-Francois
Mourier, the Ambassador of the French Republic and Alain Richard, a special
representative of the French Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Developmentresponsible for economic relations with
the Balkan countries.
