Today we signed a contract
with the client Nepremičninski sklad pokojninskega in invalidskega zavarovanja,
d. o. o. (Real Estate Fund of Pension and Disability Insurance) for the design
and construction of an assisted living house with services and care for the
elderly in Ribnica.
As part of the project, Riko takes care of obtaining all the
necessary project and technical documentation, obtaining the necessary
opinions, conditions, consents and authorisations in the administrative
procedures and ensuring that the construction is carried out in accordance with
the applicable legislation. We carry out
all the necessary construction, craft and installation work as well as the
outdoor facilities and infrastructure.
The facility, which will be rented out to elderly people, will be
built on a "key-in-hand" basis and is expected to be completed in
spring 2026.
