Business excellence
Through our responsibility and reliable business activity, we have introduced business excellence into the RIKO trademark. Business excellence is the goal of each activity, engraved at the beginning of each project. Business excellence binds us in each work phase and also applies to relations with our employees, customers as well as the natural and social environment.
Our efforts to achieve business excellence make possible vital growth and development. We have been awarded numerous recognitions and awards for many of our efforts.
Patron of the year
Finance Journal bestows the prestigious title Patron of the year on Janez Škrabec.
Friendship medal
The president of the Russian Federation bestows the Friendship medal, i.e. the highest state recognition, to CEO Janez Škrabec
Award of the Chamber of Commerce
In 2008, the Slovene Chamber of Commerce awarded RIKO’s CEO Janez Škrabec the prize of the Chamber for outstanding economic and entrepreneurial achievements.
Pro universitate labacensi
In 2008, the University of Ljubljana awards Janez Škrabec the medal Pro universitate labacensi for his contribution to the high-quality development of the University of Ljubljana.
Award of the Finance Journal
In 2007, the Slovene Finance Journal awarded RIKO's CEO Janez Škrabec the prize for outstanding achievements in the economy.
Among the 23 new world philanthropists
In his book The New Philanthropists (London, 2006), Charles Handy honours Janez Škrabec with an entire chapter for his activities as donator and patron, thereby classifying him among the 23 new world philanthropists.
Rating of the year
Bonitetna hiša I poslovne informacije d.o.o. and the largest credit rating institution Dun & Bradstreet have awarded as the rating of the year for the business year 2002.
