At the client's request we designed, delivered and commissioned a fully automated barrel and rack zinc plating line. In order to increase the corrosion protection of products, the line was equipped with a protective coating system. In addition to the zinc plating line, we also supplied a wastewater treatment and process water preparation system. For small series production we added a smaller manually operated line to the main line, which gives the client a greater flexibility in production.
