General Terms and Conditions for Job Applications, Internships, and Scholarships

By submitting the application form on this website, the applicant agrees to the terms below and acknowledges the following information:

5. External Processors

Your data may also be processed by our contracted external HR service providers for the purposes of recruitment. We have signed appropriate data processing agreements with them in accordance with ZVOP-2 and GDPR.

6. Data Retention Period

By accepting these terms and conditions when submitting the application form, your data will be retained permanently so that we may contact you in the future in case of suitable job openings.

According to Article 17 of the GDPR, the applicant has the right to request the deletion of their personal data at any time (“right to be forgotten”) by sending a request to the contact provided below.

7. Applicant Rights

In accordance with applicable legislation, you have the right to:

• Erasure (“right to be forgotten”)

8. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
