Precision-Engineered for a Net-Zero Future.

RIKO’s proprietary timber construction system is a certified pathway to decarbonization, validated by leading international sustainability standards. By leveraging Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA), we eliminate onsite waste and optimize project delivery timelines through precision off-site fabrication. Our approach synergizes carbon-sequestering structural timber with high-performance thermal envelopes and integrated renewable energy systems. The result? Resilient, high-efficiency assets that consistently achieve NZEB (Nearly Zero-Energy Building) compliance.

Precision Innovation for Bespoke Structural Solutions.

Our methodology is defined by a rigorous commitment to technical excellence and iterative innovation. By utilizing adaptable, high-tech fabrication systems, we provide a robust framework for delivering architecturally demanding projects. From complex load-bearing requirements to unique aesthetic details, our specialized expertise allows us to translate sophisticated concepts into high-performance built environments, ensuring structural resilience and aesthetic precision at every scale.

Precision Coordination. Zero Complications.

RIKO sets the benchmark for reliability through disciplined project management and rigorous quality control. Our team excels in the synchronization of complex construction phases, utilizing data-driven schedule and cost monitoring to maintain budget integrity. By prioritizing transparent communication and proactive risk management, we deliver a streamlined, “no-surprise” construction experience that optimizes investment performance and ensures a frictionless handover.

International Presence

We successfully collaborate with clients around the world. Drawing on our international experience and a broad range of services, we consistently adapt to the local specificities of individual markets while delivering top-tier quality on a global scale.

Time Efficiency and Financial Predictability

Prefabricated construction with factory-made elements enables precise planning of all construction processes and seamless execution and installation in all weather conditions. The benefits are clear: improved quality control, fewer errors, significantly faster construction, and a predetermined, stable price, as all costs are known from the very beginning of the project.

Why RIKO?

With more than 30 years of experience, RIKO has established itself on demanding international markets as a reliable and highly professional partner. Through its expertise and comprehensive range of services, the company successfully delivers on the investment ambitions and objectives of its clients. A strong portfolio of completed projects reflects the trust of numerous investors and partners worldwide.

Wood is the most energy-efficient and naturally renewable of all construction materials and raw resources. It reduces carbon dioxide emissions and is the only building material with a neutral or even negative carbon footprint. Antistatic by nature, it effectively regulates indoor humidity and creates a healthy living environment, also suitable for people with allergies. Wood is particularly well suited for construction in seismic areas, as it performs exceptionally well under both compressive and tensile loads and responds excellently to bending forces during earthquakes. In the event of fire, wood can withstand higher structural loads than concrete or steel, making it a fire-safe construction material as well.

RIKO’s timber prefabricated construction system enables a high level of personalization, meaning that each building is designed and built exclusively to the client’s specifications. Our flexible and technologically advanced construction systems, extensive experience, and innovative approaches to detailing ensure that we meet a wide range of architectural visions and even the most demanding client expectations.

Care and responsibility for quality are embedded in every aspect of our work—from precise planning and meticulous production to a thoroughly refined assembly process and construction craftsmanship. The careful selection of optimal materials, the integration and continuous development of expertise, the competence of our engineers, flexibility, and attentiveness to your wishes and living expectations—all of this forms a reliable foundation for outstanding living quality.

Prefabricated construction with factory-produced elements enables precise planning of all construction processes, as well as manufacturing and assembly in all weather conditions. The advantages are significant: more efficient quality control and elimination of potential errors, faster construction, and a clearly defined price that does not change until completion, as all costs are known in advance. Choosing a prefabricated timber building also proves to be economically justified after occupancy, as heating costs are significantly lower than in traditional masonry construction.

Our work is based on close cooperation with clients already in the early stages of project development. Together with the investor, and based on the architectural design, we develop solutions that optimally combine investment goals, budgetary constraints, and the architectural and technological excellence of timber buildings. The execution phase is carried out according to the highest quality standards—from structural documentation to production, delivery, and assembly. We also provide full support after the post-warranty period.

We ensure quality through controlled production carried out in accordance with applicable regulations, guidelines, and ISO standards. In line with CE marking and/or the European Technical Assessment (ETA), regular quality control is performed on installed materials, the production process, and on-site assembly. Upon handover of the building, we provide a 2-year warranty covering any potential hidden defects and a 30-year structural warranty for each building.
