Collecting with Responsibility
Every significant acquisition creates a new relationship between the work, its creator, and its future audience. This is why we actively engage with the Slovenian art scene, co-shaping its narrative through ongoing dialogue with artists. Each year, we present our collection publicly at Miklova hiša Gallery, sustaining this meaningful cultural exchange.
A Focus on Contemporary Art
Originally the private vision of Janez Škrabec, the RIKO Art Collection evolved into a pillar of the company’s identity. Through steady acquisitions with an emphasis on contemporary work, Škrabec has not only expanded a family legacy but shaped one of Slovenia’s most recognizable corporate collections.
