The Les Bordes estate lies 140 km south of Paris in the Loire Valley. The 750-hectare estate was designed by Baron Marcel Bich, founder of BIC, known for pens and razors. The golf estate is considered one of the best in Europe, combining top golf course standards with exceptional natural features. The golf course is equipped with existing infrastructure, including clubhouses, a restaurant, a shop, and a 19th-century manor with forty existing apartments. The new owners aim to expand the complex with new accommodation options, offering a luxury golf experience. Riko was entrusted with building the first three wooden villas, designed by the architectural studio Anderson & Orr.
