Riko signed a contract for construction of a textile mill for
special fabric production. The project investor is the manufacturing
company Ivanovo from Kokhm, Ivanovo Oblast in the Russian Federation.
Riko will plan the construction of the entire factory and see to the
manufacturing and supply of technological equipment. The technological
part of the project will be performed by our Slovenian partners and
experts, whereas the construction work will be done mainly by our local
subcontractors. The value of this project exceeds 100 million EUR and
must be finished in two and a half years. A new factory on a new
location will enrich the production programme of the existing factory
that manufactures linen fabric with production of deficient fabric used
for industrial purposes, in the Army, rescue services and fire
brigades.
