Riko to build a new wastewater treatment plant in Croatia

Požega, Croatia, 5. 3. 2020
Today, Riko signed a contract for the construction of the Požega wastewater treatment plant in the size of 33,500 PE and the construction of reed beds for the treatment and mineralization of sewage sludge.

As part of the project worth approximately € 11,120,000.00 including VAT, Riko will undertake the designing and obtaining od the building permit, the construction of the wastewater treatment plant, the commissioning of the equipment, the training of the client personnel the and trial operation. The deadline for completion of the project is 38 months.

Riko is the main contractor on the project, also partnering with the company Hydroinženiring from Slovenia and Presoflex from Croatia.
